On Pasqal’s Community Platform (the “Platform”), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, as well as your rights regarding consent management under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When signing up, you agree to the present Privacy Policy and you can select whether you wish to accept processing activities for the purpose of sending newsletters in particular.
Withdrawing Consent

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receipt.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Data Recipients
We never sell your data. However, it may be shared with:
- Our technical service providers (hosting, emailing, analytics). These providers are:
- Slack, for the communication tools to answer questions on Pasqal’s technology;
- Salesforce, to track your journey on the Platform and better tailor your experience;
- Livestorm, to organise online events to animate the Platform and to keep you informed about Pasqal’s products and news;
- Auth0, to protect data on our Platform and to create a single sign on to access the Platform.
- Authorities if legally required.
Your data is stored in the EU or with providers ensuring an adequate level of protection.
5. Data Retention Period
- Account data: 60 days after last activity
- Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn
- Connection logs and cookies: Maximum 12 months
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data.
- Rectify incorrect information.
- Delete your data under certain conditions.
- Object to specific processing (e.g., marketing).
- Portability of your data.
- Define instructions on your data after your death.
